This is a short interview with Mr Puth Keo, Chief of Commune in Battambang Muong Russey District - It explains the bidding process of projects selected under the Climate Change Adaptation Strategy of the District. The LoCAL project has pioneered climate change adaptation through the decentralized administration system of the Royal Government of Cambodia with the National Committee for Democratic Development Secretariat.
