Purpose of the RFA: To support UNCDF's MM4P programme with an in-depth study is to contribute to the understanding of the changes that occur in the lives of people that adopt and use Digital Financial Services (DFS) in Senegal.

Timing: The overall duration of the work is expected to take up to 18 months.
