This roadmap document is produced as part of a series of documents in the Making Access Possible (MAP) Malawi initiative.

MAP Malawi was conducted as a result of a formal request by the Government of Malawi, via the Ministry of Finance in 2014. The MAP project is formally hosted by the Ministry of Finance, with the cooperation of the Central Bank of Malawi. A steering committee has been formed to oversee the MAP diagnostic and roadmap development process.
