Location: Kiziba, Nyabiheke and Mugombwa Refugee Settlements and Karongi, Gatsibo and Gisagara Districts, Rwanda

Objective: The purpose of this RFA is to identify a partner/s to engage in the strengthening of existing and creation of new savings groups in three refugee camps – Kiziba, Nyabiheke and Mugombwa –as well as the surrounding host communities– Karongi, Gatsibo and Gisagara – while maximizing usage and uptake of digital and financial literacy tools being developed and tested.

Expected duration of Assignment: Up to 1 year

Language required: English, Kinyarwanda or Kiswahili
