This final Mid-Term Evaluation Report on the LDF in Mwanza Region, Tanzania, comprises five sections, namely, introduction and background; project preparation, design and relevance; status and performance of implementation results and potential impact; critical issues; and recommendations.

The purpose of the mid-term evaluation was to assess progress of the LDF towards outputs and objectives, and to make recommendations for its implementation for the remaining time period.
