The field mission of the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the MDGP was conducted between November 15 and December 2, 2004 using a highly participatory approach and methodology.

During the period, the team reviewed a wide range of documents and used the findings and recommendations therein to put the MTR in context and as a point of departure for the analysis and conclusions.
