The Support to Agricultural Revitalization and Transformation (START) Facility under the Development Initiative for Northern Uganda (DINU) programme, is a blended finance facility providing affordable mid-term finance to agricultural value adding projects in Northern Uganda, through a customized mix of business development services, project development & finance structuring services and, financial products in form of concessional & zero interest loans, technical assistance grants and partial credit guarantees.
