This Consolidated Annual Report under the Joint Programme, “Upazila Governance Project (UZGP)” in Bangladesh covers the period from 1 January to 31 December 2013. This report is in fulfillment of the reporting requirements set out in the Standard Administrative Arrangement (SAA) concluded with the Contributor.

In line with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by Participating Organizations, the Report is consolidated based on information, data and financial statements submitted by Participating Organizations. It is neither an evaluation of the Joint Programme nor an assessment of the performance of the Participating Organizations.

The report provides the Steering Committee with a comprehensive overview of achievements and challenges associated with the Joint Programme, enabling it to make strategic decisions and take corrective measures, where applicable.
