This Consolidated Report covers the period from April 2009 to December 2013. The report includes the results that UNCDF, UNDP and UNICEF have contributed to during the reporting period utilizing the pass-through funding modality for funds received from the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) and the Department for International Development (DFID) as well as core funds.

This report is in fulfillment of the reporting requirements set out in the Standard Administrative Arrangement (SAA) concluded with the Donors. In line with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by Participating Organizations, the Report is consolidated based on information, data and financial statements submitted by Participating Organizations.

It is neither an evaluation of the Joint Programme nor an assessment of the performance of the Participating Organizations. The report provides a comprehensive overview of achievements and challenges associated with the Joint Programme.
