The Smart Green ASEAN Cities (SGAC) Programme is funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) with the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Implemented in 15 ASEAN cities, SGAC works with the sub-national government to catalyse financing from the private sectors and design innovative financing mechanisms with the local government to enable the implementation of smart and green city initiatives.
The 2nd City Windows Series event, part of the SGAC programme, is a high-level event that brings together EU and ASEAN cities and aims to enhance their capacity in subnational financing of their smart and green city initiatives through dialogue, hands-on training, and knowledge exchange.
