This case study examines the strategies employed by the programme to drive adoption and use of clean cooking technologies, addressing specific challenges related to market penetration, cultural perceptions, and regulatory support. This case study also evaluates how the CookFund Programme leverages private sector strengths such as market development, regulatory advocacy, and stakeholder empowerment to promote clean cooking solutions by addressing market barriers, cultural sensitivities, and regulatory challenges. Key strategies, including supporting private sector enterprises through grant funding, advocating for regulatory support to increase awareness and fiscal incentives, and empowering stakeholders through capacity-building initiatives and knowledge sharing, are outlined in this case study.
