This is the 2023 Annual Report of results and impact with the Local Climate Adaptive Living Facility (LoCAL).

LoCAL is a standard, internationally recognized mechanism designed and managed by the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF). LoCAL helps local government authorities in least developed countries, small island developing states and Africa access climate finance, capacity building and technical support to respond and adapt to climate change.

UNCDF, with LoCAL, unlocks solutions and bridges the finance gap for climate adaptation at the local level with support from the European Union, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, GiZ, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, ACCF, AfDB, Australian Aid and the Government of Catalonia.
