LoCAL Annual Report — 2015

The Local Climate Adaptive Living Facility (LoCAL), an initiative of the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), responds to the challenge of climate change by providing a mechanism to integrate climate change adaptation into local government planning and budgeting systems, increasing awareness of and response to climate change at the local level, and increasing the amount of finance available to local governments for climate change adaptation.
