This report was commissioned by the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) YouthStart Global program and was drafted by Katrina Kwan and by Ata Cisse. The field research was possible due to the multiple tools and templates that Dalberg Global Development Advisors developed for UNCDF under the Inception Phase of YouthStart Global.
